   IT SUPPORT OFFICER

 

Currently seeking an experienced IT support Officer to join our team.

 

You will be responsible for the general backend and front end IT support, providing technical assistance as the need arises

 

 

 

 

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

 

• ⁠Working closely with system administrators on website, server and networking projects and issues

 

•Assisting in integrating and implementing a range of technical updates

 

• ⁠Installing new IT equipment and software

 

•Basic maintenance of servers and software apps

 

• ⁠Troubleshooting level 1 and 2 issues

 

• ⁠Providing face – to – face IT and software support

 

•Handling Social Media, Optimising SEO, Digital brand visibility

 

 

 

 

*REQUIREMENT*:

 

• A minimum of 2 years working in a help support role.

 

• ⁠Strong knowledge of various CRM, HR, Sales, Scheduling, Social Media, Inventory Software and Apps.

 

• ⁠Experience in analysing website dashboards, fixing front end issues, Installation and Configuration of software and hardware.

 

•Self starter

 

• ⁠Problem solving skills

 

• ⁠Good interpersonal and communication skills

 

• ⁠Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
