1. ACCOUNTANT (150K-250K net)
Direct Report: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Informational Report: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage all accounting transactions
· Prepare budget forecasts
· Publish financial statements on time
· Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
· Ensure timely bank payments
JOB SPECIFICATION:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
HND or BSc Accounting with 3-6 years’ experience in a similar industry. ICAN qualification is an added advantage.
2. STORE SUPERVISOR (80k-120k NGN)
Direct Report: Store Manager
Informational Report: Procurement Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
The custodian, organization, safety and accountability of all materials procured for the outlet
Manage the stock team and work in cohesion and collaboration with other internal customers and external customers
Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that products are available when needed.
Manage stockroom operations, including receiving, storing, and organizing merchandise
Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement such as storing as needed (JIT).
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations including but not limited to product expiry dates.
Ensure zero tolerance for damaged goods or spoilt goods within and outside the store premises.
Conduct regular inventory audits and stock-taking to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Report variances on time to the Store Manager and Outlet Manager for quick resolution.
