We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee our Financial Operations and ensure the Financial health of the company.
*The ideal candidate must be ICAN certified.*
*Role Overview:*
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
This role requires a deep understanding of Financial principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights to support the company’s growth.
The Finance Manager will ensure compliance with financial regulations and improve financial processes and systems.
*Key Responsibilities:*
✅ *Financial Planning:* Develop and implement financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
✅ *Accounting:* Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
✅ *Financial Reporting:* Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
✅ *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards. Manage audits and liaise with external auditors.
✅ *Cash Flow Management:* Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
✅ *Risk Management:* Identify and mitigate financial risks, including developing and maintaining internal controls.
✅ *Cost Control:* Analyze costs and expenses to improve profitability and efficiency.
✅ *Investment Analysis:* Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to support business growth.
✅ *Team Leadership:* Lead and develop the finance team, providing training and mentorship.
*Requirements:*
✅ *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
✅ *Certification:* Must be ICAN certified.
✅ *Experience:* Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a preference for experience in the real estate industry.
✅ *Skills:* Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
✅ *Analytical Ability:* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
✅ *Communication:* Strong communication and presentation abilities.
✅ *Technology Proficiency:* Proficiency in accounting software, financial modeling, and Microsoft Office.
✅ *Integrity:* High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
*Salary Range:* 300,000 – 350,000 Plus Benefits.
