Job Title: Health Information Systems Contract Mechanism Expert
Location: Remote
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field + 15 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree in relevant field + 10 years of relevant experience, or PhD in relevant field + 7 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of USAID contract mechanism budgeting, costing, and pricing required
Experience leading on the development of winning USAID Contract Mechanisms in the field of international development, with preference given to one or more of the following in Health information systems, digital health, etc.
Strong budgeting, costing, and pricing skills
Ability to work autonomously and in team environment under critical deadline pressures
High level of proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong organizational skills that demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Budgeting sample may be required
