We are seeking for a dedicated Health & Safety Officerto join our team who will work tomaintain and improve our safety standards, implement work place.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections of the factory.
Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Keep an incident log report
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
Conduct periodic safety training and awareness programs for employees.
Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics.
Coordinate emergency response and first aid procedures.
Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes
