Job Title:Medical Officer
Location:Lekki phase 1
Salary: 300,000 Naira Monthly Net
Job Responsibilities:
– Conduct clinical assessments, examinations, and consultations to diagnose medical conditions and prescribe appropriate treatments.
– Manage outpatient and inpatient care, including routine check-ups, emergency care, and follow-up visits.
– Develop and implement patient care plans, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as necessary.
– Provide guidance and supervision to nursing and support staff.
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
– Participate in health promotion and disease prevention programs within the community.
– Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
– Stay updated with the latest advancements in medicine and participate in continuous professional development.
– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
Job Requirements:
– Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
– Valid medical license to practice
– 2-5 year’s experience as a Medical Officer or similar role in a clinical setting.
– Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
– Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
