About the Role:

Requirements:
• LL.B. degree from a recognised institution; BL qualification.
• 2-4 years of post-call experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
