Locations: Abuja and Ibadan, Oyo
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Training Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a wide range of training programs, including short courses, certifications, and workshops. Note that this role requires extensive travel to various training locations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive training programs.
Organize and oversee workshops, short courses, and certification programs.
Maintain up-to-date records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum of B.Sc in Agriculture, Agric Economics, Agric Education,l Agribusiness or any other related field
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in training preferably in the executive academic sector.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Competency in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint including virtual training platforms
Willingness to travel extensively for training programs.
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
