Role: FOOD PRODUCTION MANAGER
Location: Kuje, Abuja
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate production schedules and workflows
Ensures Food Safety and Quality.
Analyze production processes and implement improvements
Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor inventory
Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and maintenance
Minimum of National Diploma (ND) or degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in food production or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control principles.
