Job Title: Sales Representatives (Male and Female)
Job Locations:
– Ogidi Building Materials Market, Onitsha, Anambra State
– Bridge Head, Anambra State
Pay: N80,000 plus other Benefits
👉🏽 Responsibilities:
– Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable sanitary products.
– Actively reach out to prospective customers through various sales channels, including phone calls, in-person meetings, and online platforms.
– Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our products, pricing, delivery options, and after-sales services.
– Pursue and achieve individual and team sales targets within the given time frame.
– Assist in overseeing daily operations and manage team members at our branch location
– Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
– Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and training to your sales team
– Conduct regular performance evaluation and provide feedback to team members
– Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for fulfilling customer orders
– Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify potential business opportunities
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in the sanitary or related industry
– Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
– Goal-oriented mindset and a driven personality
– Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Willingness to travel when required
