Role: Project Lead
Location: Remote (lagos)

Salary: 250k – 400k
**Role Overview* :
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to spearhead our initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent business development skills, and experience working in or with NGOs. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively engage with key stakeholders, develop and implement creative campaigns, and drive our mission to make the organisation a recognized authority in responsible gambling.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our reach and impact through collaboration with gambling operators and regulators.
● Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to promote partnerships and secure funding
● Campaign Management: Design and implement innovative campaigns targeting various audiences, including punters, to raise awareness and promote responsible gambling.
● Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals and presentations to engage potential partners and secure support for our initiatives.
● PR and Marketing Strategy: Lead public relations strategies to enhance visibility and establish the organisation as a thought leader in the responsible gambling space.
● Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team dedicated to achieving our mission, ensuring high performance and alignment with our organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
● Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in or with NGOs.
● Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to develop and execute business and marketing strategies, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Characteristics: Highly creative, autonomous, and a driven executor who can manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
