This app is fantastic, really very good. The only downside is that the loan feature does not allow users to take a loan for just 1 month for a monthly cleanup – this is really exploitative, collecting the same interest from first month to the last month when you force users to take loan for 3 months, 6 months or more without implementing reducing balance i.e. calculating interest on outstanding balance only
It’s a very good and user friendly app on an overall. I would give 5stars except for the fact that I’m unable to upgrade to KYC3. It keeps giving out a pop up error message. And before fair money tech would come here and say “reach out to us on Whatsapp”, I keep a predetermined list among which my issue of interest isn’t listed. I’ve seen a bunch of reviews concerning this same issue of mine and I wonder why it still hasn’t been fixed. You’ll get your 5stars when you get it fixed. Thanks.

Quick and easy
I have been using the app for up to four months now, and it’s simple to use, very fast, and reliable. It just that at night as from 10:pm down when you make transfer, you might not see it instantly, but I guarantee you will definitely receive it or the recipient will receive his or her money. Then, what I think they should work on is their numerous calls and messages. Apart from these, kudos the them. Their loan repayment system is very good but they should try and work on their interest rate.
So far, the app has been great until recently. First, I ‘ve not been offered another loan after the first one, and it’s been over two months. Secondly and most disappointing is the fact that I’ve not been able to make a single transfer from my deposits on the app for two days, and it’s really, really frustrating. Please get it fixed ASAP. I’ll give 5 stars when you fix that. Thank you!
One of the best fintech banking apps I’ve used so far, loving the experience. But can future updates include the ability to copy account numbers I’ve transferred to in the past? Also, can you increase the MTN data denominations available on the app? Lastly, how about integrating virtual dollar cards to facilitate international transactions in foreign currencies? That should be a game changer and would definitely draw lots of users to your app. However, it’s been an overall great experience
Quick response in their service. Well cultured and articulate customer service. Though they decline my loan request because there was some delay in my last loan repayment, the truth is I lost my phone and I had some difficult period of a month or so. Since then I have since repaid and I hope they review the decision. Honestly, I like their service and discount rate is good. Also recently, I placed an order for your Fairmoney Card (₩3,000) is been close to a month and no updates on the card.
In terms of efficiency, fairmony is second to none; however the interest rates are very high. And the system of adding loan top-up to the remaining loan and computing it is a new loan with the attendant interest rate, is to say the least a rip off. Do something about it and I’ll give it a 5-star. But then the app is not bad, especially the “loan extension” innovation & very helpful in financial emergencies. However make sure you have a solid means of repayment, before accessing the loan. Thanks
Great app, great experience so far so good!! But I’ve not been able to purchase mtn data from the app for more than #1, 500 data worth. Flexible loan repayment period spread evenly to relieve stress. Kudos guys.✓ ✓ The loan interest percentage is high though, compared to other mic. finance banks. But truth be told, for me, no glitches so far. You’ve just made banking and transfers so easier. This is the best loan and saving app I would recommend to any anyone who wants to get a loan. They’re very fast and reliable. I’ve been using the app for a very long time, and it’s working smoothly, both in loan and savings, but recently, I’ve been experiencing issues in finalizing loan It keeps rolling for more than an hour without any result. Please, kindly check it and help with that. I don’t know if I’m the only person experiencing that, and I will be very glad if you get it solved. Thanks

It’s a good loan app, for first timers it’s made easy for them without asking for too much personal information. Money sent goes quickly without any issue and when I take loans it’s credited super quickly without any hassle. However, their interest rates were ok at first but now it’s too much, they don’t reduce your interest rate even if you have a good credit score which isn’t what they promised. They spam you with too much phone calls and it’s very annoying, this is why I’m giving 3 stars.
It’s helpful in the case of savings, and also in loan requirements, it’s helps in hard times, because of it’s higher than the amount you choose for, in the terms of the fairlock, it’s difficult to withdraw your money before the period of the date choosed, even when it’s an emergency. I’m only having problem with the fairlock because you have to wait for the date choosen. Fair Target is easy and can easily be broken after safe even before the date set. Fairmoney is also helpful in terms of loan.
