We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to the COO. This role requires a proactive and highly

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings.
• Act as a point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Conduct research and gather data to support the COO’s decision-making process.
• Assist with budget and fleet tracking and expense reporting.
• Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
• B.Sc. or H.ND in Social Science, Management Sciences or any relevant discipline is required
• 1-2 years in Logistics Firm and as Executive Assistant
• Remuneration: N100,000- N150,000
