Manufacturing Supervisor

Remuneration: 400-600k

*Role Overview:*
As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of our production team to meet production targets and quality standards. You’ll supervise production processes, monitor performance, and implement improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Monitor production schedules and workflow, adjusting staffing levels and resources as needed to meet production targets and customer demands.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections, and addressing any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
Monitor product quality and production output, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions to address deviations from quality standards.
*Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
