In need of a Operations Manager in our Fashion brand.
As the operation manager, you are expected to plan, direct, oversee, and coordinate the operations of the company, as well as continuously develop and implement organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
They will manage all issues related to product flow, sales, after sales, loss prevention, and overall customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in alignment with the company’s mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, business process, and organizational planning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 1-2 years of operational management experience.
•Social media savvy (very important)
• Good oral/written communication skills
