Quite frankly, using your app two days ago, yesterday and today has been all shades of frustration. I selected the option that’s supposed to lead to the customer care and I’m told your agents are unavailable. Yet I received and automated call yesterday about exceeding my date. It’s actually fraudulent to add penalty amounts while ensuring that payment isn’t processed. I just want to repay the loan.
Quite easy to use. They keep to their words and increase your limit as you maintain a good credit rate. However, i have noticed that anytime i make payments for outstanding loan, an unusual debit is initiated on my account in the very early hours of the morning, and money deducted from my account just like that. This has made me sceptical about putting money in the account registered with them
It’s very easy and to use. I have used this app twice and still had issues the first issue I ignored but this one is way too expensive. I took a loan and I wasn’t able to pay after two days of the due date, but the money was Auto debited (repaid) and yet it’s still reflecting on my dashboard that I’m still owing, the rate is still increasing everyday. I have sent email no response, sent message to the customer service nothing was done.
