Job Title: Customer Service Specialist – Real Estate
Location: Lagos State
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦100,000 per month + 10% commission on sales
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles, including creating and posting engaging content.
Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client databases, and handling correspondence.
Support the sales team by providing accurate information and assisting with client follow-ups.
Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
