1. Job Role: Senior HR Executive.

Salary: N400,000 – N600,000 gross

Job Responsibilities:
– Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
– Actively involved in recruitment process by preparing job descriptions and also managing the hiring process
– Support management on disciplinary and grievance issues
– Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
– Determine HR metrics such as turnover rates and Cost per hire, review departmental budgets and maintain employee records
– Delegate HR related tasks and set objectives for team members, track employee growth and monitor performance
Requirements:
– Bsc in any related field(Masters degree is a plus)
– Candidates must have atleast 5-7 years HR management experience.
– Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and labor laws
– Excellent organizational, time management and leadership skills
