Job Description
Perform various tasks to support daily operations and maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment at Bereline Farms.
Clean and sanitize facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas, to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
Prepare and serve meals for employees and guests, following recipes and dietary guidelines, and ensuring food safety and quality.
Deliver mail, packages, and other materials to designated locations within the organization, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Transport employees, visitors, and materials to and from locations as required, ensuring safe and timely travel.
Provide general assistance and support to employees and visitors, including answering inquiries, directing individuals to appropriate resources, and assisting with special requests.
Assist with inventory management activities, including receiving, stocking, and distributing supplies and materials, to support operational needs.
Follow safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Work Experience:
Previous experience in a related role (e.g., cleaning, food service, driving) is beneficial but not required.
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
Valid driver’s license (for drivers) and clean driving record (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
